Refunds and Exchanges
We are certain you will be delighted with your D. Liles Collection purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied please let us know and we will happily address your concern. Emails for returns should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
All returns / exchanges must be made within 15 days from the point of shipment, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item. All items must be returned new, unworn, and in all original packaging. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Orders consisting of three or more dresses or items returned worn/damaged are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do ask you to consider delivery confirmation for your return or exchange package as D. Liles Collection is not responsible for lost packages without tracking.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days upon receipt of package. Refunds are made in the form of original payment, less the original shipping. Please note if the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
