Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your order.
RETURNS: We would be happy accept a return. Any product that has not been used or washed, still with tags or in its original packaging and has been purchased in the last 10 days is eligible for return. Once we receive the item back to our studio and we have ensured it meets the return criteria, we will issue a shop credit for the purchase price of the item (the refund will not include shipping charges). Buyer MUST message me within 5 days of receiving their order for approval on the return. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the dress. If not, we will not process the return.
EXCHANGES (Domestic/International customers): Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees involved. Buyer MUST message me within 5 days of receiving their order for approval on the exchange. Exchanges must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the dress. If not, we will not process the exchange.
No refunds on custom orders, unless we made an error in crafting. In which case, we will be happy to accommodate a refund or exchange. Otherwise, I will do an exchange only.
